Enjoyable hikes from one alpine hut to the next, from the Niedere and Hohe Tauern to the Bischofsmütze and Hochkönig. If you would like to enjoy the glorious alpine views, but without too much effort, then our lifts will carry you quickly and comfortably up into the mountains. In 4 or 8 days through the Salzburg Sports World. Hiking with a rucksack on your back across the mountains of the region. Overnights at towns and village in the Salzburg Sports World. Moosalm - time to trail: about 1 hourStarting point- Kreistsiedlung, turn-off for “Ebner Ferienhäuser”, along trail No. 12 (clearly marked) to the Moosalm. This hike takes you along a gradually climbing forestry road, mostly through forest. Reitlehenalm and Oberbuchsteinalm - time to trail: about 2 hoursStarting out from the Kreistsiedlung, follow the Ranstlweg to the Hödeggbauer farm and continue to the forestry road. At this crossroads, make a right on trail No.13, continuing to the Oberbuchsteinalm and the Reitlehenalm (10 min.). This hike is generally through forest, as well as across the alpine pastures of the Buchsteinalmen. Elevation change: 445 meters Gerzkopf - time to trail: about 4 hoursStarting point - Schattbach (bus stop), along the Schattbachwinkel road to the Knappbauer farm, via marked trail No. 15 to the Gerzkopf nature sanctuary. Magnificent panoramic views and the “Schwarze Lacke”, a tarn woven in legend. This particular hike is a stage on the Amadé Trekking Tour, taking you through the Schattbachwinkel along a generally very good and clearly marked trail. Option to continue your hike across the Gsengplatte to Neuberg/Filzmoos. Elevation change: 900 meters. Höllbergweg a) - time to trail: about 3 hoursStarting point – sports center, through the autobahn underpass and right on forestry path No. 244 to the Schertlgut, then along the Höllbergweg to Eben. Easy hike through areas of forest and alpine pastures. Elevation change: 350 meters. Höllbergweg b) - time to trail: about 3 hoursStarting point – sports center, through the autobahn underpass and right on forestry path No. 244 to a sign-posted turn-off – making a left on trail No. 40 and continuing via Kornberg and Schartelhof to Eben. Elevation change: 680 meters. Rossbrandweg - time to trail: about 4 hoursStarting point – Pöttler Promenade in the direction of the Pöttlerhof, then on trail No. 11 in the direction of the ski lift. From there along trail No. 460 (clearly marked) to the Radstädterhütte. Intermediate hike, generally through forest. Elevation change: 920 meters. Austria Tour - time to trail: about 1.5 hoursStarting point – Rosenberger rest stop, above the museum and Haus Marianne onto the Gasthofberg Road and then right as far as the Halmgut café. From there, make your way towards St. Martin until you come to Österreichweg No. 19, continuing as far as Buchegg. Take the access road back to your original starting point. 50% of this hike is through forest. Elevation change: 400 meters. A full selection of hiking maps is available at the tourist office!
